Aspire:ED achieves CIMSPA ‘Enhancing’ status: A beacon of excellence in CPD training

We are thrilled to announce that following an extensive quality assurance check by CIMSPA (Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity)—Aspire Training Solutions and Aspire:ED has been awarded “Enhancing” status—the highest level of quality ratings that an education provider can achieve.

Earning the status of 'Enhancing' isn't merely about recognition; it's the embodiment of our dedicated commitment to delivering apprenticeship education and exceptional-quality coaching and teaching CPD. This accomplishment is attributed to experienced CIMSPA auditors conducting extensive inspections to ensure genuine, exceptional instructional delivery.

Understanding the CIMSPA Ratings: 

CIMSPA education partners can receive one of three outcomes:

• Enhancing: Providers demonstrate best practices in their operations, processes, and procedures, offering the highest quality education to learners.
• Enabling: Providers show good practices in their operations, processes, and procedures, with minimal areas for improvement.
• Emerging: Providers meet the minimum operating standards but need to take key actions to ensure adherence to CIMSPA standards and expectations.

Just like Ofsted does with schools, CIMSPA has implemented an enhanced quality assurance system with a focus on three key principles:

- Quality of education provision

- Learner journey

- Marketing and promotion

According to CIMSPA, “The Training Provider demonstrated exceptional transparency and receptiveness during the quality assurance review. They offer high-quality educational products that align seamlessly with CIMSPA standards and have robust cascading systems in place to ensure quality education and learner support. CIMSPA is positive about their future relationship with the Training Provider, reflecting a commitment to continuous improvement and reinforcing the quality and expansion of their educational provision.”
